We're excited to welcome Nikki Mustard from Pine Mountain Vineyards in Sonoma County, California back into the shop to introduce us to the world of high-altitude winemaking. Nikki is always a crowd favorite. Since last time she joined us, Nikki has been promoted to Managing Partner - which basically means she's the boss!Pine Mountain is one of California's best kept secrets. It's one of the state's highest wine regions and only a handful of estates farm there, including a couple of the biggest names in the wine business. The aptly named Pine Mountain Vineyards winery is one of them.
Nikki has been on Pine Mountain for over 15 years and after a decade of managing the vineyards she oversaw the opening of the winery. She also serves as the director of the Pine Mountain-Cloverdale Peak AVA, where she advocates for all of the vineyards within the region.
Nikki will be presenting 5 of her wines, including a library release Cabernet Sauvignon!
