Join us for a special tasting at The Ruby Tap Mequon on Tuesday, March 3rd (7:00–8:30pm) featuring Bobby Richards, winemaker at Seven Hills Winery.Bobby is a Northwest native who started in fermentation science at Oregon State University before moving into wine full-time. After harvest work in Oregon and Walla Walla, he joined Seven Hills and worked his way up, earning his Master’s in Enology & Viticulture from UC Davis along the way. He became head winemaker in 2021, focused on balanced, age-worthy wines that still drink beautifully on release.
Bobby will be on hand for a casual, drop-in style tasting, pouring five Seven Hills wines and sharing the stories behind each bottle—no formal sit-down, just great wine, great conversation, and the chance to taste at your own pace.
