‘Organic’ has become a buzzword of sorts in the wine scene, but what does it truly mean? For this installment of our Wine University series, we will be diving into the realm of organic, biodynamic and natural wines. We will be guiding you through the intricacies and misconceptions about organic productions while sampling 6 different wines alongside charcuterie from Soffrito.
To ensure we start the tasting on time, please arrive a few minutes prior to the event. Free 2 hour customer parking is available in the underground parkade behind Save On foods.
