For this tasting let’s discover a grape that went out of favor and came back with a fervor thanks to the accidental production of White Zinfandel. Now Zinfandel is a staple and a great wine for food pairing, especially when matched with dishes with full throttle flavor like BBQ, curry, and hearty stews.Must be 21 to enroll.
