My name is Tristan Van Doorn and I have worked as a Sommelier in some of the best Michelin restaurants in Europe.��Arriving at a historic venue in the heart of Valencia, you will be welcomed with an aperitif. We will then begin tasting 5 artisanal Spanish wines while I go into detail about each wine, how wines from one region differ from the other and how the quality of the wine is determined.
