But who makes the best sparkling wine? Who has the best method and climate for making sparkling for those special occasions? Do we side with the old guard in France and Italy? Or do relative new comers like South Africa and Spain have the edge? Join us for a very special tasting on world champagne day! Light nibbles will be provided.
