Join us for a tasting featuring Arkansas Quality Wine (AQW) wines that were commercially produced in Arkansas and made from 90% Arkansas-grown grapes. These AQW wines won gold and silver medals at the 2021 AQW wine competition and passed additional chemical quality standards. Dr. Renee Threlfall, Research Scientist, and Amanda Fleming, graduate student, from the UA System Food Science Department will lead the wine tasting discussing the science of wine tasting and Arkansas wine production.
