Join Under Pressure Wine for a one-night, 10-seat intimate wine-pairing dinner with Chef Matt Meacham (Executive Chef of Meadow Grill, former Chef de Cuisine at Georgia Boy).
Sunday, July 19 at 6pm in the private dining omakase room at Brush Sushi Buckhead.

A special menu will be created for this event using Under Pressure's philosophy of wine-first pairings: we taste the best wines to drink right now, and Chef Meacahm is creating dishes to pair specifically with each wine. The style of cuisine will revolve around Chef Meacham's Southern heritage and international influences. He has spent 25 years leading acclaimed kitchens across Atlanta, including Aria, Georgia Boy, Southern Belle, Foundation Social Eatery, Fia, and VG Bistro. His ingredient-driven cooking is rooted in a lifelong appreciation for seasonal, thoughtfully sourced ingredients and a belief that exceptional food should be accessible to everyone.
Under Pressure Wine sommeliers and co-founders Juan Fernando Cortes and Adam M. Berlin will be selecting and serving wines.
Brush Sushi validates 2 hours of parking in the deck below the Buckhead Village District. Valet is not validated by the restaurants, and is generally $20. Brush is located on Bolling Way (the small street behind Le Bilboquet) at the intersection with Peachtree Rd. Check in at those host stand, please.
