WINE MAKER VISIT:
Cottanera Winery - 10/4 (Friday)
We are excited to welcome Enzo Cambria of Sicily, from Cottanera Winery on Mt Etna, to Nouvelle for one night only! The vineyards were started by his father Francesco in 1962 when he converted his hazelnut orchard to a vineyard and began selling grapes to local co-ops. Enzo's late brother Guglielmo, along with Enzo, built a winery on the property and started making their own wine in the late 1980s.
Join us as we hang with Enzo on Friday and offer a deep selection of special wine pours to try while we learn about their vineyards, regional grapes, and volcanic soils!
