• A journey through sparkling wine regions: Discover the unique grapes and styles of major sparkling wine regions like Champagne, France, Italy, Spain, and even California. We'll explore iconic names like Champagne, Crémant, Cava, Prosecco, and more.
• Tasting like a pro: Learn how to identify aromas and flavors in sparkling wines, and develop your skills to confidently describe what you taste.
• Food and fizz: Explore the perfect pairings to elevate your meals with sparkling wine.
