WINE DUNG!: HALLOWEEN FETE ft. DJs TRINIDADDY, TANGERINE, COOKIEDOH & SHANNYN HILL!

Calling all ghouls, jumbies, duppys, witches, batty babes and the like... Come celebrate scary season with us on Saturday, October 18th from 10 PM to 2 AM at Three Dollar Bill in Parkdale! We know it's a little early for Halloween festivities... but we asked and you answered! So we go give allyuh what yuh want!

Jam up & wine dung to chunes from all over the Caribbean diaspora (soca, dancehall, chutney, reggae, bouyon, dennery segment, kompa/zouk, dembow, kaiso, etc...) and start Halloween month off right with a few of the best queer Caribbean and BIPOC DJs in the city.

Come in costume, or don't! We nah guh hol yuh, do what feels most comfortable for you. We will be hosting a costume contest to win 2 free tickets to the next Wine Dung for you and a friend/lovah -- so if that entices you, leh we see yuh bess costume!

All batty gyals, bais, dey/dems, famalay and hawt babes gender non-specific or conforming welcome! Bring yuh flags & fans (cause it gets HOT) - rep your country, your sexuality, and your gender if you'd like. All of those flags are welcome in this space!

$10-20 per ticket sliding scale online through Eventbrite. Only a few tickets will be available at the door $20-25 sliding scale - please try and buy in advance since space is very limited, and ticket holders will be prioritized for entry before 11:30 PM. Entry is based on capacity after 11:30 PM for ticket holders and people hoping to buy tickets at the door. Event is 19+, IDs will be checked and bags will be checked at the door as well.

All funds made from this event will go towards firstly paying the DJs, organizer, photographer, and door workers for their time & craft, and secondly towards sustaining future Wine Dung events. All involved are QTBIPOC, so please pay what you can! Every queer person is welcome in this space, and we ask that everyone stay mindful and respectful of this being a BIPOC and queer Caribbean centred event. This means QTBIPOC, and especially queer and trans Caribbeans, to the front!

There will be pictures and videos taken at the event by the organizer and their official photographer, and the media taken by us can be used for future promo of Wine Dung events.
