Wine Down Wednesday at Ballard Landmark

Come join us for a relaxing afternoon at Ballard Landmark for Wine Down Wednesday! Sip on natural wine from our local bottle shop and enjoy delicious snacks prepared by our Culinary team. We will be meeting in the Arts & Crafts studio at our community located at 5433 Leary Ave NW.

If you will be driving, please plan to use our guest parking. The entrance to the garage is just south of our main lobby entrance on Leary Avenue. If you go down the ramp and take a right, followed by another right then a quick left, you should be able to follow the overhead signs to our visitor parking. Any spot labeled visitor or for a tour is a free parking spot. If those spots are full, let us know when you come up to the lobby and we will purchase a parking pass for you or provide you a pass to display on your dashboard.

After parking, you will find an elevator vestibule near the parking pay station. If you pick up the phone on the wall and dial 0, it will ring our Concierge Desk, who will unlock the vestibule door. In the elevator vestibule there should be parking passes you can fill out and display on your car dashboard, then take the elevator up to the “G” ground floor and our Concierge Desk will be directly ahead of you on your right, where you can check in. They will give you a parking pass for your car if needed and will let us know that you have arrived.
