Wine-Down Sound Bath w/ Soul Mana Healing

This is a one hour seated or laying down experience using crystal singing bowls and meditation.

Welcome drinks are served upon arrival starting at 7:00pm

Sound Bath start: 7:45pm

Event close: 8:45pm

Sound Baths heal on a vibrational level that influences deeper states of relaxation and higher levels of consciousness . By balancing the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, taking you from fight or flight to rest and digest; allowing you to unwind and calm the mind.

Feel free to bring whatever you need to create a relaxing and comfortable set up. Suggestions include: dressing comfortably , journal, yoga mat, pillows, blanket, eye mask, crystals, and water.

About the healer: Pua is a healer based in Los Angeles, California. She is a former National Champion UCLA Gymnast, now a certified healer (Reiki, Sound Healer, Mediation), and is the Owner / Founder of Soul Mana Healing, a spiritual healing and holistic wellness business.

Pua believes a new world is possible and we a re here to co-create the most high vibrational & loving world imaginable, while honoring and bringing to light the energies, ancestors, and healing modalities that have always been.

She strives to positively influence & heal the world around her and focuses her healing methods on heart centered healing by bringing healing energy and loving awareness to the mana, light and love we all have within.
