Dust off your boots and grab your favorite pair of jeans because this year Wine Down Goes Western! The wines and food presented for your enjoyment will be from different western regions. Wine Down is a fun, entertaining introduction to wine education for those people who like wine, but don’t feel they really know that much about it. This casual, affordable evening allows attendees to learn the basics about white and red wines and how to pair them with food. The learning experience is enhanced with samples of select wines, a specially-prepared menu of hors d'oeuvres and educational handouts.
