Wine Dinner: Rosé Around the World

For ages 21 & up

Whether it’s fruity and fun or savory and serious, there is more to rosé than its color. Rosé wine is produced throughout the world from a vast array of local grape varieties and in countless styles. In tonight’s wine dinner, you will sample four different rosé wines from around the world while enjoying a menu of dishes inspired by their countries of origin, prepared by our Cooking School Team. We will be joined by experts from our Beer & Wine department who will share their passion and knowledge about these exceptional wines. For ages 21 & up.

• First – Pescaíto Frito with Brava Sauce, paired with Raventós i Blanc De Nit (Spain)

• Second – Pork Tenderloin Stuffed with Apples over Herbed Spaetzle, paired with Schloss Gobelsburg Schlosskellerei Cistercien Rosé (Austria)

• Third – Lobster Cake with Lemon Chive Butter Sauce, paired with Wölffer Estates Summer in a Bottle Rosé (Long Island, New York)

• Fourth – French Cheese Plate, paired with Lavau Vintage Tour Tavel Rosé (France)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
