One of the hottest topics in wine right now is the world-class wine being made in the cold vineyards of Great Britain. Sussex has become a key region for sparkling wines that may just rival the oh-so-famous Champagne. How did this region go from being a joke to a serious industry player in 30 years? Let's talk about it while tasting some of the best GB has to offer!

Join us for a casual seated wine class where we will go over the history, growth, and major successes of the Great Britain Wine Industry while sipping some of our favorite British wines at Planet Wine. At this class, our Wine Director, Erin Dudley, will show off bottles from our state to be proud of while she converts even the most discerning of sippers into true fans of Virginia Wine.
