Join us for a relaxed evening at Health Elevated where couples can sip wine, enjoy cheese pairings, and get real answers to the questions most people are too embarrassed to ask their doctor (or Google).
We’ll talk openly about topics like:
How often couples really have sex (and what’s “normal”)
Why sex sometimes changes after kids, stress, or menopause
What to do if sex feels painful or just different than it used to
The truth about lube—why it’s for everyone, not just when things “don’t work”
You’ll walk away with practical, shame-free answers, a resource guide to take home, and hopefully a few laughs together. Think of it as a date night that just might make the bedroom better.

About Your Hosts
Amy Underwood, OTR/L,
Amy is a pelvic health occupational therapist and owner of Health Elevated in St. Joseph. She helps individuals and couples navigate the real-life changes that impact intimacy, connection, and confidence at every stage of life.
Amy believes sex shouldn’t be awkward to talk about—so she brings a mix of expertise, honesty, and humor to help couples get the answers they’ve been too shy to ask.
Jose Gonzalez, LPC, Sex Therapist
Jose is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Sex Therapist in Michigan. He holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Sexual Health Certificate from the University of Michigan. His specialties include out-of-control sexual behavior, sexual dysfunction, and couples navigating desire discrepancies.
Jose is passionate about breaking down stigma around sex and helping clients thrive in their relationships and sexual health.
