We will enjoy amazing food and wine from the culinary traditions of South America, specifically Brazil, Argentina, and Chile that are born of indigenous, African, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and South Asian influences with South American wine making , dating back to the 16th century from the Spanish and Portuguese.
