During this live demonstration class led by Giuliana & Chef Benard, we will learn how to make the perfect carbonara sauce while exploring the history and some fun facts behind this famous Italian dish! Tickets include carbonara sauce demonstration class, recipe, a full meal, carbonara samples and an alcoholic beverage! MUST REGISTER TO ATTEND. MENU: Caprese salad, Herbed Crostini, Garlic Knot Roll, Pasta Chicken Alfredo, Pistachio Cannoli. Spots are VERY limited, so secure yours in advance!
