You read that right! After a brunch ephinay of enjoying some bacon with wine we decided it was time to bring these to titans of flavor and do a fun pairing!We will be tasting 4 different styles of wine perfectly paired with 4 bacon inspired meals to make it a tasty and perfect evening. From bacon and goat bisque to perhaps a rich Canadian Maple Bacon dish and some cool bacon inspired dessert we will cover them all!
Cost: $40 per person
Includes 4 meals and 4 wines plus class and tasting notes
You will reserve with $10 and the rest will be paid the day of the event.
