We are excited to announce that Swing Station Janesville and Fermenting Cellars Winery will be partnering together again this year during the months of June-October to offer you a great outdoor location to come enjoy a glass of wine and some dancing under a covered pavilion with a brushed cement dance floor.
$10 cover charge for dancers and spectators alike. Its great entertainment!
Ages 13 and up are welcome to participate. In arm non mobile babies are welcome with spectators. NO toddlers or children under 13 please.
6:00-6:45pm - Beginner swing lesson
6:45-9:00pm – Social Dancing
No partner required, we rotate through leads.
Fermenting Cellars sells a variety of wine and other beverages as well as sandwiches and food.
Swing Era Dress encouraged but not required.
We primarily play swing music but encourage dancing any type of dance including Country two step, Foxtrot, line dances or anything you feel like, Our music selections are conducive to many types of dance. You certainly don't have to dance swing to all of our music!
We usually play 2 songs suitable for waltz and another song that will be suitable for either a Cha-Cha, Rumba, blues, freestyle or whatever you would like to dance to it
