About:
Tasting wine is more than swirling, sniffing and swilling! In this class you will learn the basic skills of tasting a wine the way experts are trained as part of their Wine and Spirits Education certifications.
The Wine 101 class will go through the four-part wine process in-depth:
-Appearance
-Nose
-Taste
-Conclusion
In addition, you will learn the magic in traditional wine making process used in Champagne. Guests will be able to enjoy complimentary glasses of wine to analyze and enjoy. (Exact wines will be posted soon.) We will also provide a charcuterie board for guests.
This class is a must for anyone who wants to kickstart or improve their wine tasting skills!
