Join Sommelier, Abbe Davidson, for an evening of wine education and fun! Abbe is one of the most dynamic and accomplished young wine professionals in the Iowa market, with an already dense catalog of experience spanning buying and selling for retailers and restaurateurs, distributor management, strategic planning and public relations. As the Midwest Regional Manager of Pioneer-Winebow Imports, Abbe oversees ten states and twenty-one distributors in the Midwest, representing the leading collection of Australian, New Zealand, Chilean Argentine wines sold in the US.
In addition to working at all times, and o all time zones with travel, Abbe is active at home with her husband and son. She is constantly on the move with multiple sports and activities that keep the family engaged learning about the world. Abbe is also involved in Winefest Des Moines each year with previous roles as a member and co-chair of the Grand Cru Board.
