Our next Annual Dinner is set for January 10th, 2026, at 5:30pm at Double Clutch Brewing Company, 2121 Ashland Ave, Evanston. We will start by arriving at 5:30pm for drinks and hor d’oeuvres. Dinner will start at 6:30pm and we will have to leave Double Clutch by 10pm. Dinner will be served family style at German-style benches (fitting for a BMW club, no?)
Entry is $50 per person, and the meal offered will be:
Ceasar or House Salad
Lemon Thyme Roasted Chicken with Gravy
Bavarian Stroganoff
Balsamic Reduction Portobello Mushroom
(Vegetarian Option)
Roasted Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes
Garlic Roasted Veggie Medley

There is more than ample street parking alongside Ashland Ave as well as a limited number of spaces in the attached parking lot that are first cme, first serve. If you have special considerations, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note this in your application.
This is a Windy City BMW member event. Each BMW CCA member can bring one family member or friend.
