Are you a community organisation, Windrush volunteer advocate, or assisting those who are applying for the Windrush Compensation Scheme? Join the ULA team for an interactive workshop on how to navigate the Windrush Compensation Scheme.
The objective of this workshop is to clarify the specific requirements outlined by the Home Office for submitting a successful application, including the type of evidence needed. Through real-life case studies of successful applicants who received substantial compensation with the assistance of United Legal Access, we will provide practical insights and guidance.

- Structuring an effective "Impact on Life" statement
- Understanding Tier 1 Reviews: addressing cases where no compensation award has been granted
