Free Weekly 2k kids run. >4<15yr olds, register at www.parkrun.com and just bring your barcode along, either paper or on a device. Gather about 8.45am, briefing at about 9am and the after a warm up, they are off. Fully marshalled, so you don't have to run with the kids, but fine if you do.
Always looking for marshals, it is great fun, doesn't have to be every week, just ask the run director for more details.
