About reserving hotel space
A sunny hello, I am so excited that you have sent your deposit for WIND. Want you to know if you did not that we are at the Santa Clara Convention Center on Great America Parkway, in Santa Clara.
Sleeping rooms have been arranged and reservations must be made through me. The rate is $104 plus tax a night. Those wanting sleeping rooms on Friday and/or Saturday must appear on a Rooming List prepared by me in order to get our rate. Not my idea, the hotel. Please reconfirm with me your plans if you registered for anything before Sept. 13.
We will be staying at the Radisson Hotel Sunnyvale. Please email me ASAP if you want a reservation and I will make sure you are on the list. You will check in with the hotel when you arrive and handle your own charges. Please call me if you have questions or to request rooms. With love, Patricia
