“Wind Down Tuesdays" Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini Yoga mini-workshop.Join us in this inspiring mini workshop with two different yoga styles. This workshop is suitable for all levels. If you are a beginner and want to try different styles of yoga before choosing the right one for you or if you are an experienced practitioner and want a thorough workout for your mind, body, and spirit. Everyone will benefit 💚
Class Description:
We'll start the evening with a thorough warm-up with Annabelle's Vinyasa yoga.
After that, we'll be smoothly transiting to Tonja's Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and pranayama exercises.
