Wind Chimes & Wall Art; Learn Pottery and Create your own magic with Clay

Create your very own magic with Wind Chime or hanging art.

Join us for an enchanting pottery workshop where you'll discover the art of crafting beautiful wind chimes. Unleash your creativity and bring a touch of whimsy to your surroundings! This project beautifully lends itself to personalization with carving and 'painting" to provide visual and auditory calm. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced potter, this event is perfect for all skill levels.

I will guide you through the process of hand-building your own unique wind chimes using clay. You'll learn pottery techniques, such as molding, shaping, and glazing, to create stunning pieces that produce soothing melodies with the breeze.

After the session your project will be fully dried, fired and finished to create a functional piece of art.

Finished products will be available for pickup after four weeks or arrangements for shipping can be made. Unclaimed pieces will be donated 6 weeks after firing.

Be sure to bring along all items you'd like to utilize & make sure to arrive in clothes and shoes that can get messy.

This pottery class is held in the Coastal Community of San Pedro, Los Angeles California inside Crafted at the Port of Los Angeles. Adewole Arts; is located in restored 1940's Warehouse 10. Our building is home to dozens of arts, craftsmen and curators. Please feel free to come early or plan to explore the market after your session. The free large attached parking lot has two entrances (Minor St. & 22nd) and is shared with Warehouse 9, Home of San Pedro favorite, Brouwerij West. On the weekends food trucks set up in the courtyard and live music may be offered.
