An opportunity for people involved in the running of community buildings to network and hear from a range of speakers
Winchester district community buildings forum - Thursday 25 June, 1:30-3:30pm - Colden Common Community Centre.
This forum is for anyone involved in running a community building in Winchester district. Hosted by Winchester City Council and Action Hampshire, and is a great opportunity to learn, network and share ideas and challenges. Speakers will share information about the support their organisation can provide, and there will be plenty of time for practical discussions led by participants. Our last forum was well attended with over 40 people from buildings across our district so we hope you can join us. This time we will be discussing how volunteers can support your building, with advice on how to recruit and retain volunteers. There will also be a talk on the latest funding available.
Whether you work with a community centre, village/parish hall, church hall, scout/guide hut or sports pavilion, we look forward to seeing you at the forum on Thursday 25 June.
