As the founder of Win Win Connects, she catalyzes meaningful connections for people, possibilities and purpose. With 25+ years experience as a Connector, Teresa has facilitated hundreds of networking events, presented for countless groups, and helped thousands to connect and grow.

To expand impact for others to lead lives of joy, connection and fulfillment, Teresa has begun training other certified Facilitators to lead Win Win Connects programs including the 50 Fun Things, Win/Win Networking and WIN (Women in Networking) formats.

We began where it all started in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. One of our trained facilitators, Toby Myles has been leading events in Pennsylvania with the tools, methods and support and says it is going even better than she had imagined! Soon, we'll be announcing our newest Facilitator-in-Training based in Maui, Hawaii!
