Win the Classroom (Austin, TX)
About this Event
You're working harder than your students—and by the end of the day, you're exhausted.
It doesn't have to stay that way.
Discover why some classrooms seem to run themselves while others feel like a constant battle.
It's not too late to reset your classroom!
Maybe this school year hasn't started the way you hoped. You're repeating the same directions, redirecting the same students, and wondering why you're working harder than your students are. By the end of the day, you're exhausted and you know something has to change.
The good news? You're not stuck. Classroom management isn't about having the perfect personality or the loudest voice in the room. It's about building classroom systems that work. In just two days, you'll begin building a practical classroom management system you can implement the very next school day; one that creates a calmer, more focused, and productive classroom.
Meet Dr Q
Dr. Quentin Woods is a former teacher, coach, assistant principal, principal, district coordinator, and regional behavior specialist with more than 30 years of experience serving Texas public schools. Today, he works with educators across Texas, helping teachers build practical classroom management systems that improve student behavior and maximize instructional time.
Who should attend this workshop?
Whether you're a first-year teacher discovering what works in a real classroom, a veteran educator looking to take your classroom to the next level, an instructional coach supporting teacher success, or a campus administrator striving for greater consistency in classroom management across your campus, Win the Classroom is designed to meet you where you are and equip you with the tools to build the classroom you've always wanted.
What educators are saying

— Taylor D.

"I implemented several strategies the very first day back. My eighth-period class, which had been my biggest challenge all year, gave me 100% participation. You could hear a pin drop while they worked. I don't know if I can fully articulate the relief I felt. I'm grateful I made the decision to attend."
— Michael D., English IV Teacher

Why Win the Classroom is Different
There is no shortage of classroom management books, workshops, and professional development available to educators today. The challenge isn't finding more ideas—it's knowing how to organize those ideas into a classroom management system that works.
Win the Classroom is built around systems, not isolated strategies. During these two days, you'll begin building your own classroom management system by understanding how each piece works together to shape student behavior. We don't just teach classroom management—we help you build a classroom management system.
Throughout the workshop, you'll actively create, discuss, and practice the same systems you'll use in your own classroom. Whether you're building your classroom management approach from the ground up or strengthening the processes already in place in your district, you'll leave with the framework, practical tools, and confidence to continue building a classroom management system that fits your personality, your students, and your classroom.
Invest in Your Team
Classroom management is most effective when educators share a common language, consistent expectations, and proven practices. That's why many campuses choose to send teams rather than individuals. As your team grows, the investment per educator decreases.
Individual Educator: $449 (1 registration)
Teaching Partners: $849 (2 registrations, $425 per educator)
Grade-Level Team: $1149 (3 registrations, $383 per educator)
Leadership Team: $1349 (4 registrations, $337 per educator)
Campus Team: $1499 (5 registrations, $300 per educator)
To register multiple educators, first select one Individual Educator registration. Then choose the team upgrade below that matches the total number of educators attending from your campus.
