This year's featured speaker is Amber Cox, Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of the WNBA's Indiana Fever. Before joining the Fever in October 2024, Cox has previously served in roles with the Dallas Wings, Connecticut Sun, Phoenix Mercury and the Kansas City Current (NWSL). Cox is a graduate of William Woods University.
