Women in the Mechanical Industry (WiMI) is an initiative of the of the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) to enable women in the mechanical industry to further enrich their careers through networking, educational, mentoring and career development opportunities.

WiMI in Indiana was established in 2023.
