We’re bringing two communities together at Magna Care Centre, and it’s become one of the most empowering, resilience‑building experiences you could ever imagine. There’s something deeply grounding about sharing a simple cup of connection and kindness with our elders.
Some have family, some don’t — so let’s become one.
