Learn the Wim Hof Method and Support Cancer Survivors!August 5, 10am-2pm
Join Wim Hof-certified instructor, Shelley Mehr, for this Wim Hof fundamentals workshop, which is open to both cancer survivors and community members.
Workshop includes an introduction to the method, a Q & A session, breathwork (breathing practices), meditation (mental training/focus), sound healing (developing concentration), and ends with the ice bath for which the method is known. There is no requirement to undertake the ice bath; you will receive benefit from learning these fundamental practices, and can continue practicing on your own.

Community Supporter Level: $120
Your Community Supporter Level donation ensures your own participation, and also ensures that a Cancer Survivor may join at a reduced rate. Choose this option to do good, and help Survivors!
Recommended for any individual with financial stability. Your donation is tax-deductible.
Cancer Survivor Level: $60
Your Cancer Survivor Level is subsidized by the Community Supporters, and ensures that cancer survivors maintain financial health.
Recommended for Cancer Survivors and members of the Survivor Wellness community. Your donation is tax-deductible.

Health Information:
The workshop is suitable for everyone 18 years and over, regardless of your current level of fitness or confidence.
Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you have epilepsy. People with cardiovascular issues or any other serious health conditions (e.g. high blood pressure, COPD) or those with Raynaud's disease (Type 2) or cold urticaria should always get in touch with the instructor and consult a medical professional before signing up.

Cancellation policy:
No refunds; however, you may give your place to another attendee. If event is cancelled by organizer, full refund will be issued, less Eventbrite processing fees.
