Group Breathwork Session-2 Hours and I’m bringing ice too!
This session will be a 2-hour expereince desiged to practive in person in a group setting. The fundamanetals course is a deep dive, 5 hr course but this group session is designed for continuous practice.
If you attended a workshop prior and want to practice in a group session with live music, community, vendors and cold exposure.

In response to the overwhelming interest and the powerful impact of practicing in unity, I'm thrilled to announce a special Wim Hof Group Session designed specifically for our returning and new students. More practice, group setting, more live music and drumming.

This isn't just any session; we're elevating the experience to new heights with more live music, drumming, gong meditation, and advanced techniques for a deeper exploration into the Wim Hof Method.
