Find out how you can utilise oxygen and cold exposure to optimise body & mind and learn about the underlying physiology.
The day will include:
An introduction to the WHM with intention setting
Breathing exercises and theory
Ice bath immersion preparation and theory
Vegetarian lunch will be provided

Josef is a level 2 WHM Instructor and the Fundamentals workshop will take place in the beautiful Naduir in Furbo. Naduir is a Holistic wellness centre and farm set on the edge of the forest in Furbo, Co Galway.
