Wim Hof Fundamentals Workshop

Immerse yourself in a unique workshop on the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method:

Put yourself in the expert hands of Dr. Martina Weifenbach, a certified WHM Instructor, to learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Mindset. Find out how you can utilize the power of the breath and cold exposure to optimize body and mind, and learn about the underlying physiology.

This workshop is limited to 20 participants. The intimate quality allows for ample personal attention, personal coaching during the ice bath and feedback tailored to your specific situation. Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— a WHM workshop offers something for everyone.

The program kicks off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, includes a breathing session and an (optional) ice bath. There is ample room for reflection, and Martina is there to answer questions throughout the workshop.

About Dr. Martina Weifenbach

Yoga, cold exposure and breathing practices have made me whole. As a mindfulness  entrepreneur (myndway), leadership coach, author, mum, and wife I know how easy it is to loose yourself in the daily hustle. You may have many ideas, but arrive at a point where you do not really know yourself any more. Sounds familiar?

My mission is to share this sense of oneness with you. I did my Yoga certification with Purusha Yoga in San Francisco, became a Wim Hof & Breathwork instructor with Innerfire and accomplished my PHD in St. Gallen, Berkeley, and Berlin. Every teaching I seek is about finding wholeness and passing it on.

As we heal, we awake and become able to  change the future. All my workshops and coaching sessions are designed to guide you towards a life of awakening, abundance, and happiness. Discover your light and shine.

Program Details

Although there is always a rough outline, 'no program' a Wim Hof Method mantra. For the best experience, go in with an open mind and without expectations. The start- and end times listed in this section are subject to change.

Please make sure to arrive at the venue 20 mins before the workshop begins.

We advise to eat light before the workshop.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.

If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.
