Learn to train your autonomic nervous system and manage your internal state through deliberate breath control and cold exposure—grounded in human physiology, with no mysticism or fluff.

What You’ll Learn & Experience

• The Physiology of Resilient Performance (45 minutes): Explore gas exchange and oxygen dissociation, including how rhythmic breathing alters blood pH, activates the Bohr effect, and influences cellular energy output. Learn about autonomic control—from deliberate sympathetic spikes and adrenaline release to parasympathetic down-regulation—and how cold exposure stimulates vascular smooth muscle and recruits brown adipose tissue (BAT) for thermogenesis.
  
• Advanced Guided Breathwork Session (45 minutes): Take part in a structured, multi-round session using deep rhythmic oxygenation, empty-lung retention holds, and recovery breaths. Practice acute nervous system regulation in a controlled, safe environment.
  
• Controlled Cold Immersion (optional ice bath): Apply mental control in a cold immersion. Learn extended-exhalation techniques to override the immediate gasp reflex, reduce panic reactivity, and find calm in freezing temperatures.
