400m (16 Length) Swim
24.2Km Cycle
6.3Km Run
For the seasoned athlete, we offer the Double Sprint challenge, Double distance of all of the above in one sitting.
Don't like running?
Try our Aquabike option.
Don't like Cycling?
Try our Aquathlon option.
Try the Relay option and only do ONE option (requires 3 people)
