NOTES:

Please legibly complete all parts of Registration Form and the Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless and Photo Release Form

Complete one set of forms per racer. If a family has more than one racer, each racer must have their own set of registration forms
•
Opportunity to participate depends on available cars without pre-assigned drivers. Registration does not guarantee participation
•
Parents/guardians are required to assist in pulling their child’s coaster car back up the hill to starting ramps
