Our monthly club Run is open to the public.
We conduct it in a simple 'Park & Run' manor. You park, take a route card, arrive back, get water and go.
Everyone is welcome - walkers and runners from beginners to advanced.
Various distances. Route cards available.
Water available.

Non-members - R20
