Arrival time is by 11:30am for a 12:00noon start.I'm asking for $10 per person. Some of this money with go to rentals, some will go to winner payouts, some will go to snacks and the rest will be donated back to the Hamilton Horseshoe club.
Due to their being only 6 pits, we will split into 2 groups and round robin play. Final 4 will play off.
Due to the number of pits and the challenges presented with the pits being indoor we need to cap this at 28 people.
Please do not invite others. Let me know if you have someone to add to the waiting list.
Holey board will follow around 6:00pm (Jess will confirm). Sign up for this will be separate. There may be some food between the 2 tournaments but that will be addressed separately.
Mandy has secured rooms for anyone who would like to book to stay over.
