About this Event

Save the date: 100 years of a legend.

On Friday, December 11, Willie Mae Rock Camp is throwing a party, and you're invited! Join us as we honor 100 years of the legendary Willie Mae Thornton, the blues powerhouse who did it her way, on her terms, and at full volume. We'll also celebrate the girls and gender-expansive youth who find their voices at Rock Camp every year.

What to expect
Come celebrate with us at the WMRC Brooklyn Studio for an evening of music, community, and good company.
