HPI is a local non-profit agency service JCC, York County, and The City of Williamsburg. We provide emergency home repairs to low-to-moderate income levels. Additionally, we provide home modifications such a wheelchair ramps, etc. All clients must own their own and income qualify. We are able to offer our services pro-bono for our clients through fundraisers like this as well saving on labor costs using our volunteers.
