---Judging:
As a small school, we have very few judges.
Therefore, we sincerely request that teams adhere to our (n-1)/2 judge requirement (rounded up). A judge must be available for all in-rounds or face a fee proportional to the number of rounds from which they are missing. Those that have never competed before will not count towards your judging quota. We will charge $90 per missing judge.
If your school breaks, we will assume your school’s judges are available for outrounds. If this is not the case, NOTIFY US. Any judge who is paired in and does not show up will incur a $60 fine for their school.
We may break up teams that have not met their judge requirements.

Teams dropping less than 48 hours before the tournament will be charged a $60 fee unless waived by the Williams Debate Union Board.

---Registration Forms:
Registration is due at 11:59pm EST on February 14th. If changes are necessary after registration has closed, please email the tournament director with any updates.
We have a tournament cap of 60 teams, with registration being on a first-come-first-served basis.

The vehicle form is required to collect license plate and model information for all vehicles coming to campus. This is required by Williams College Campus Safety and Security. We understand that teams may not have details about their vehicles’ license plates until the day of the tournament. Thus, please just submit the required information by noon on February 21st.
Note that you cannot register unless you have settled any debts you may have with us from previous tournaments.

---Housing
As we are a small team we can only provide limited crash housing, so please request it only if booking a hotel is not workable. Submit crash housing requests in both the school and individual registration forms, and send any additional questions to tournament staff.
We recommend booking with one of the following hotels that have nightly rates from $60 to $120 per room (for a maximum of four people in a room):

We will be providing dinner on Friday night, breakfast on Saturday, and lunch on Saturday. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free will options will also be provided. GA and Tab are in the Wachenheim Science Center (also known as the North Science Building), at 18 Hoxsey St, Williamstown, MA 01267.
GA: Bronfman Auditorium, which is in the basement of Wachenheim Science Center.

The closest airport is Albany (an hour’s drive from Williams College).
Teams can also take the Amtrak to Albany-Rensselaer station which has hourly trains from New York and Boston.
All teams can park for free in the lower chapel lot (https://map.williams.edu/?id=640#!m/823618) IF THEY REGISTER THEIR VEHICLES IN ADVANCE.
