About this Event
Author and journalist William Neuman appears in conversation on stage and in-person at Toronto Reference Library’s Appel Salon space, speaking about his recently released book, , with journalist Melissa Gismondi.
William Neuman served as the New York Times Andes Region Bureau Chief from 2012 to 2016 while based in Caracas, Venezuela. From this vantage point, Neuman observed Venezuela’s tragic journey from petro-riches to poverty.
