Every Wednesday. Stephi Wald from willfly breathwork will take you on a musical journey from calm to high, from mild to wild from feeling stuck or uncomfortable to feeling freedom and joy. Your chance to bathe in music and use it as a re-balancing and resetting tool on a physical and emotional level. If you joined my breathwork sessions, this is the standing version of it :-)
