I’ll be offering:
� Free yoga sessions throughout the day
� A wellbeing stall sharing tips for physical and mental health

� Support from mental health groups
� A chance to connect, recharge, and celebrate community
This is a Will Garvey Trust Foundation event, supporting young people’s mental health and suicide prevention – a cause very close to my heart. �
